QUITE WARMISH

It is still quite warmish but with 2 roof coolers it is comfortable.  Water coolers are the only thing in this dry weather where we happen to live.

We ate a bit early it seems but that is o.k,

I just put Elmer dear down for a nap.  Yesterday I was quite worried about him and his ankle.  I now think for the few days before that he worked outside--without much support and without a crutch--so today he is better but he has taken it easy and is using a crutch so as to not bear full weight  (He does not have much weight to bear but he does not want to gain any either.)

Keith, thank you much for the update.  'Tis so good to hear the latest about your Kidlets.

And Kenneth, thank you for the blog--it is quite hilarious and it will be more so as time flies by but then the training will be starting.  That will be very "strenuous".  Caedmon needs to send out news EVERY day.

MISS ME BUT LET ME GO

When I come to the end of the road and the sun has set for me,
I want no rites in a gloom-filled room.
Why cry for a soul set free?
Miss me a little, but not too long,
and not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that we once shared.
Miss me but let me go.

All the news is about the Senator from Idaho.

I hope this finds you well and happy.  gg

Well,  we were very happily interrupted.  Larry, Nao and her two sons stopped.  They had been at the Mall so we were having a good visit and then we were so happily surprised--Lloyd called from the Philippines and we three had a good visit with him.  He came thru loud and clear.  We were so glad Larry was here at the same time.  Of course Larry knows the Philippines very well--having been there many many times. BTW, the Japanese boys are so polite and the oldest is really speaking English and the 5 yr. old is picking it up--just hearing it.  Nice boys.  Larry is an excellent teacher.

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR YOUR MARRIAGE TODAY?

Elmer dear just cut up a peach or two for me.  Now he will cut a dishful for himself.
